We also visited the Provident God School in Yefri Tankor. It is a school for 160 children where hard work created a new building. Rose Murphy Konadu, the headmistress welcomes us. She proudly explains how the community has contributed well with water, bags of cement and accommodation for the workmen. One parents even bought extra pillars for future expansion of the school. Plans for this year are discussed with the parent committee. In all a three class room block, office and a store room were erected. We see the new building which was established with our donations. The children move from the crèche and kindergarten to the new accommodation. Next to the school a new waterwell is now in use. It is impressive with how much enthusiasm and little resources so much progress is made.
