During our visit to the Provident God School in Yefri Tankor, we see the construction of a new building  for the 160 at the school, financially supported by Help Ghana. Rose Murphy Konadu, the headmistress welcomes us. She proudly explains how the community has contributed well with water, bags of cement and accommodation for the workmen. Some parents even bought extra pillars for future expansion of the school. Plans for this year are discussed with the Parent Committee. The new building is divided in three classrooms, an office and a store room. The children from the crèche and kindergarten will move to the new accommodation. Next to the school a new waterwell is now in use. It is impressive with how much enthusiasm and little resources so much progress is made.
